Jordan has canceled its wheat procurement tender and announced a new one for grain supplies. According to traders, the country withdrew the tender scheduled for Tuesday but simultaneously launched a new international tender to purchase up to 120,000 tons of wheat. The deadline for submitting bids is set for February 10.
The reasons for canceling the previous tender have not been officially clarified, but market participants typically link such decisions to pricing conditions or changes in market conditions.
