“Grain agreement”: the last ship with Ukrainian food departed from the port of Odessa region

The last ship within the framework of the “grain agreement” left the port of “Chernomorsk”. Preliminary agreements on the work of the “grain corridor” are valid until May 18.
This information was confirmed by the USPA press service.
According to UN, the ship DSM Capella left the port with 30,000 tons of corn and is heading to Turkey.
On May 11, it became known that multilateral negotiations with the participation of Ukraine, Turkey, Russia and UN representatives on the “grain initiative” will continue. The Russian Foreign Ministry said that the “grain agreement” will cease to exist if the parties fail to “reach consensus taking into account Russian requirements” by May 18.
Representatives of Russia at the Joint Coordination Center in Istanbul on April 25 refused to coordinate the movement of ships to / from the seaports of Ukraine along the “grain corridor”.
