Good condition of wheat crops is noted all over Kazakhstan
In the regions of Kazakhstan analyzed fields with sowing spring crops, as well as winter grain crops. According to official data, both in the southern regions of the country and northern regions, the condition of plants are assessed as good and excellent.
According to Kazgidromet data, which are presented in the regular review for the beginning of June, in the north of Kazakhstan – in the main grain-sowing regions, such as Kostanay, Akmola, North-Kazakhstan regions, as well as in Pavlodar region, at this time is still in the process of sowing completion. Those fields, which have already been sown, “show” the phase of “grain germination” – “3rd leaf”. The condition of crops is assessed as good to excellent.
In the southern regions – Zhambyl and Turkestan regions – is already sprouting. The condition of spring cereals is mainly good.
In West Kazakhstan region crops in the phase of tillering. The condition of crops is good.
In the central regions of Kazakhstan is still ongoing, or just completed sowing. The condition of already “ready” crops of spring cereals is good.
In East Kazakhstan region observed phases of “sprouting” – “3rd leaf”, “tillering”. The condition of plants is assessed as good and excellent.
If we talk about winter wheat, in the south of the country it has entered the phases of earing and waxy ripeness. The condition of winter wheat is good and excellent.
The condition of soybeans, rice, cotton, which is sown in the warm Turkestan region, as well as beets in the Zhetysu region, the condition of plants is excellent.
Corn also “behaves” mostly well. As well as sunflower in Abay, East-Kazakhstan and Pavlodar oblasts.
In North Kazakhstan region on crops of oilseed flax sprouts are observed.
