Corn exports from Ukraine may be restricted

The Economy Ministry of Ukraine is planning to hold a meeting with grain market participants on January 25 to discuss the possibility of restricting corn exports, UkrAgroConsult reports.
The main reason is a harvest decrease. In addition, this was contributed to by numerous requests from livestock raisers asking to add corn to the Memorandum.
The Deputy Ministry estimates the 2020/21 corn crop at 29-30 MMT and exports at 22.2 MMT.
