CBOT soybean rose over January 17-23.
In a week, the price increased by USc 21.60 to 1056.60 USc/bu.
Competition between the two export giants, Brazil and the US, is likely to be a key driver of price movements in 2025. The US market reacted to rumors that China is prepared to renegotiate its contracts with Brazil to give greater preference to US products.
