CBOT soybean prices rise amid excess humidity in Argentina and the US
CBOT soybean futures increased over May 16-22. Soybean price increased by 16.2 cents to USc 1067.4/bu WoW.
Short-term price support is provided by concerns about the quality of the soybean crop in Argentina following the rains, as well as excessive moisture in the Midwest. Conversely, the decline in oil prices is putting pressure on soybeans.
