Brazil’s soybean exports in July 2024 up 16% year-on-year

Secex statistics show that from July 1 to July 31, 2024, Brazil’s soybean exports totaled 11.25 million tons, up 16% from 9.7 million tons in July last year.
Average daily soybean exports in July were 489,000 tons, up 16% from the same period last year. Soybean export revenues totaled $4.99 billion in July, up from $4.74 billion last July.
The average export price of soybeans in July was $443.3 per ton, down 9.3% from the same period last year.
The most active shipments are in the direction of China. Since the beginning of the year, the country has increased exports of beans in this direction by 72% to 15.9 million tons.
