Belarus. Wintering crops are exposed to fair weather conditions
Weather conditions. A brief cold-spell seen on February 1-10 posed no threat to winter crops.
Moisture supply. Minimum soil temperatures at the depth of the tillering node of winter grains and the root neck of perennial grasses did not fall to dangerous values. The fields are actually free of snow. The depth of soil freezing in most of the country is insignificant. Only in some places in the east did the soil freeze slightly more towards February 10.
Crop condition. Wintering crops are exposed to fair weather conditions, reports UkrAgroConsult.
