Weather conditions. Favorable weather conditions for harvest are developing in most of the country. A difficult meteorological situation for fieldwork persists in the north of Belarus.

Moisture supply. Good moisture supply in the topsoil allows farmers to maintain a fast pace of fall tillage. In many parts of Vitebsk region, the upper soil layer is very wet. Harvesting, caring for winter crops and fall plowing are complicated in such fields.
