Belarus stepping up agricultural exports
In 2020, Belarus increased agricultural and food exports by 4.3% vs. 2019 (the Ag Ministry of Belarus).
More than USD 5.8 Bl worth of agricultural and food products were exported in 2020 (104.3% vs. 2019).
Rapeseed oil shipments gained 19% (to USD 243.9 Ml), while those of oilcakes (soybean one and others obtained when producing vegetable oils) increased by 38% (to USD 190.4 Ml).
As before, Belarus prioritizes the export of high-added value products, not raw materials, UkrAgroConsult reports.
