Belarus. Further growth of winter crops was hindered by a lack of heat and precipitation deficit
Weather conditions. Emergence and further growth of winter crops were hindered by a lack of heat in the latter half of September and a precipitation deficit at the planting time.
Moisture supply. The top 0-10 cm soil layer is very wet in most of Vitebsk and Grodno regions and moderately wet in the rest of the country. Conducting fieldwork in areas with too wet soil is difficult now, reports UkrAgroConsult.
