Already 305 vessels have used the Ukrainian Black sea corridor
The Ukrainian sea corridor, which has been open since August 2023, has already been used by 305 vessels. This was reported by US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink on the social network Х.
“More than 10 million tons of grain and other cargo on 305 ships have safely passed through the Black Sea Humanitarian Corridor. Russia’s aggression cannot stop Ukraine from feeding the world,” she wrote.
On August 10, 2023, the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced temporary corridors for merchant ships sailing to/from Ukrainian ports.
The first vessel used the temporary corridor for merchant ships to/from the ports of Greater Odesa on August 16.
