Almost 18 million tons of Ukrainian wheat were exported

As of June 14, in 2023/2024 MY Ukraine exported 48 mln 679 thsd tons of grains and pulses, up 1 mln 554 thsd tons or 3.3% compared to last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Exports of Ukrainian wheat amounted to 17 mln 929 thsd tons, which is 1 mln 789 thsd tons or 10.6% more than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 2 million 457 thsd tons of barley and 1.6 thsd tons of rye.
Exports of Ukrainian corn amounted to 27 mln 758 thsd tons, which is 176 thsd tons less than last year.
In addition, 95.2 thsd tons of flour (or 126.1 thousand tons in terms of grain) were shipped abroad, which is 50.9 thsd tons, or almost 54% less than last year.
The preliminary data on grain and legume exports were published by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy on June 12. According to them, in 2023/2024 MY the total export volume of grains and pulses was 48 mln 381 thsd tons.
