About 21 million tons of Ukrainian corn were exported

As of March 20, the volume of grain and leguminous crops exports from Ukraine in 2022/23 MY was more than 35.8 million tons, which is 20% less than last season.
This is evidenced by the data of the State Customs Service, published by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
So, since the beginning of the season, almost 12.3 million tons of wheat has been shipped, which is 33% less than last year’s volume.
Deliveries of barley to foreign markets amounted to 2.2 million tons (-60%).
Also 16.8 thousand tons of rye were exported, which is much less than last year’s 161.9 thousand tons.
Corn exported about 21 million tons, which is 3% less than the volume of shipments on the same date last season.
Export of flour from Ukraine in 2022/23 MY was 109 thousand tons, which is 59% more than last season on the same date (68.4 thousand tons).
For reference: in 2021/22 MY export of cereals and legumes was 48.6 million tons: wheat – 18.7 million tons; barley – 5.8 million tons; rye – 161.5 thousand tons; corn – 23.5 million tons; flour – 70.9 thousand tons.
