Ukraine. Kernel stepping up the generation of green electricity
Kernel Company is planning to funnel more than USD 170 Ml into the implementation of alternative energy projects envisaging the uses of sunflowers seed husks, UkrAgroConsult reports.
A green-electricity turbine with a capacity of up to 7.5 MW operates at the Kropyvnytsky oil extraction plant.
It is projected to generate more than 90 MW of electricity at six plants of Kernel by 2021.
