Winter wheat conditions have improved in the US
By November 17, sowing of winter wheat in the United States was carried out on 94% of the planned area. This is reported by Zerno On-line agency with reference to the National Agricultural Statistics Service under the US Department of Agriculture (NASS).
The condition of wheat crops improved significantly last week. The percentage of crops in good to excellent condition rose to 49%. A week earlier this indicator was equal to 44%, a year ago – 48%.
