Winter crops sowing is coming to an end in France

According to the state agency FranceAgriMer, by November 18, French farmers planted 90% of the planned area with soft winter wheat (73% on the same date last year and 87% on average over the past five years). Winter durum wheat was planted on 52% (19% and 42%), winter barley – on 96% (85% and 93%).
88% of winter soft wheat and 84% of barley are in good and very good condition.
