Vitaliy Koval heads the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine
Vitaliy Koval, who was dismissed today as head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, has been appointed to head the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
His candidacy was supported by 251 MPs.
Koval had been head of the SPF for less than a year, and before that he was the head of the Rivne Regional State Administration. Prior to his public service, he worked as a CEO of various companies, including those in the agricultural, construction, and logistics sectors.
