The United States has largely completed its soybean and corn harvest this year, while the estimate for winter wheat remained unchanged from the previous week, according to a Reuters poll of analysts released on November 10.

As of Sunday, 96% of the soybean crop and 92% of the corn crop had been harvested. Farmers are finishing up a record corn crop in U.S. history, as well as a record soybean crop. The United States remains the world’s largest corn exporter and the second largest soybean supplier after Brazil.

Analysts’ estimates for the harvest rate ranged from 94% to 99% for soybeans and from 89% to 97% for corn. By comparison, last year the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) reported that the soybean harvest was 96% complete and corn was 95% complete at the same time.

Despite the government shutdown, which has prevented the USDA from publishing its weekly report since late September, analysts say farmers have nearly finished planting winter wheat for the 2026 crop. The average sowing is estimated at 95%, up from 91% a week earlier.

The winter wheat crop remains stable, with 52% of the wheat crop rated as “good” or “excellent,” in line with the previous week, according to a Reuters poll.
