Ukrainian wheat exports exceeded 12.5 mln tons
As of March 17, in the MY 2024/25, Ukraine exported 31 million 022 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops, which is 1 million 829 thousand tons or 5.8% less than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Wheat exports amounted to 12 million 509 thousand tons, which is 563 thousand tons or 4.5% less than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 2 million 192 thousand tons of barley and 10.8 thousand tons of rye.
Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 15 million 839 thousand tons, which is 1 million 764 thousand tons or 11.13% less than last year.
In addition, 51.0 thousand tons were sent abroad. tons of flour (or 68.0 thousand tons in terms of grain), which is 26.2 thousand tons or 1.51 times less than last year.
