Ukrainian wheat exports exceed 15 mln tons
As of June 9, in the MY 2024/25, Ukraine exported 38 million 505 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops, which is 9 million 604 thousand tons or 24.7% less than last year.
This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
As of June 9, Ukrainian wheat exports amounted to 15 million 015 thousand tons, which is 2 million 824 thousand tons or 18.8% less than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 2 million 305 thousand tons of barley and 10.8 thousand tons of rye.
Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 20 million 890 thousand tons, which is 6 million 680 thousand tons or 31.9% less than last year.
In addition, 66.1 thousand tons of flour (or 88.1 thousand tons in terms of grain) were sent abroad, which is 28.5 thousand tons or 33.2% less than last year.
