Ukrainian grain exports exceeded 33.2 mln tons

As of April 7, in the 2024/2025 MY, Ukraine exported 33 million 203 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops, which is 3 million 883 thousand tons or 11.7% less than last year. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Wheat exports amounted to 13 million 260 thousand tons, which is 1 million 281 thousand tons or 9.6% less than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 2 million 213 thousand tons of barley and 10.8 thousand tons of rye.
Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 17 million 241 thousand tons, which is 2 million 892 thousand tons or 16.7% less than last year.
In addition, 54.5 thousand tons of flour (or 72.7 thousand tons in grain terms) were sent abroad, which is 27.6 thousand tons or 50.6% less than last year.
Further development of the grain sector in the Black Sea and Danube region will be discussed at the 23 International Conference BLACK SEA GRAIN.KYIV on April 24 in Kyiv.
