Ukrainian grain exports exceeded 21.7 mln tons

As of January 1, in MY 2024/25 Ukraine exported 21 mln 738 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 3 mln 345 thsd tonnes or 18.1% more than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Wheat exports amounted to 9 million 768 thousand tons, which is 2 million 171 thousand tons or 28.5% more than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 1 million 968 thousand tons of barley and 10.8 thousand tons of rye.
Corn exports amounted to 9 mln 675 thsd tonnes, which is 96 thsd tonnes or almost 1.0% more than last year.
In addition, 37.6 thousand tons of flour (or 50.1 thousand tons in terms of grain) were shipped abroad, which is 21.1 thousand tons or 1.56 times less than last year.
