Ukrainian corn exports exceeded 11.5 mln tons
As of January 22, in MY 2024/25 Ukraine exported 24 mln 471 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, up 2 mln 229 thsd tonnes or 10.0% compared to last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Wheat exports amounted to 10 million 428 thousand tons, which is 1 million 656 thousand tons or 19.5% more than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 2 million 028 thousand tons of barley and 10.8 thousand tons of rye.
Corn exports amounted to 11 mln 598 thsd tonnes, which is 402 thsd tonnes or 3.4% less than last year.
In addition, 41.1 thsd tons of flour (or 54.8 thsd tons in terms of grain) were shipped abroad, which is 8.7 thsd tons or 1.2 times less than last year.
