Ukraine starts setting minimum export prices for grain
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food has set the minimum prices for agricultural products subject to the export security regime for December 2024. This is reported in the order No. 4256 of December 9.
The export security regime for agrarians was developed to combat black exports of grain. It became effective on December 1, 2024.
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy will calculate and publish the minimum allowable export prices on its website no later than the 10th of each month.
The new export regime applies to: honey, nuts, wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, soybeans, rapeseed, sunflower seeds, soybean oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil and oilcake.
Minimum prices are set in USD per kilogram.
