Ukraine. More than 70% of the wheat agreed in the memorandum was exported

The volume of exports of grains and pulses from Ukraine in MY 2024/25 as of February 14 amounted to 27.3 mln tonnes, up 1 mln tonnes or 4% compared to the same period last season.
This is evidenced by the data of the State Customs Service, published by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Thus, about 11.5 mln tons of wheat were shipped this season, which is 13% higher than last year’s volumes. Thus, 71% of the total volume of wheat agreed in the grain memorandum (16.2 mln tons) was exported.
Barley supplies to foreign markets amounted to 2.1 mln tonnes, up 40% year-on-year.
The company shipped 10.8 thsd tonnes of rye, which is 11 times more than last season (1 thsd tonnes).
Ukraine exported 13.3 mln tons of corn, which is 8% less than the same date last season.
Ukraine exported 45.5 thsd tonnes of flour, down 42% year-on-year.
For reference: in MY 2023/24, the exports of grains and pulses totaled 50.8 mln tonnes: wheat – 18.4 mln tonnes, barley – 2.5 mln tonnes, rye – 1.6 thsd tonnes, corn – 29.4 mln tonnes, flour – 98.2 thsd tonnes.
