Ukraine harvested the first million tons of grain

In almost all regions, farmers began harvesting early grain and pulses crops, which was carried out on an area of ​​417.3 thousand hectares (3%) with a yield of 2.63 t/ha, 1.1 million tons of new crop grain were threshed, including :

• 254.3 thousand hectares of winter barley were threshed with a yield of 2.82 tons/ha, 717.8 thousand tons were threshed;
• 147.9 thousand ha of winter wheat were threshed, with a yield of 2.41 t/ha, 355.8 thousand tons were threshed;
• 15.1 thousand hectares of peas were threshed, with a yield of 1.62 t/ha, 24.6 thousand tons were threshed;

In addition, agricultural producers of 8 oblasts started harvesting winter rape, which was threshed on an area of ​​43.5 thousand hectares, (4%) threshed 67.3 thousand tons of seeds with a yield of 1.55 tons/ha.
