Ukraine exported more than 4.5 million tons of grain

As of September 1, in 2023/2024 MY Ukraine exported 4 mln 521 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 557 thsd tonnes more than last year on the same date. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, the export of Ukrainian wheat amounted to 1 mln 992 thsd tonnes, which is 853 thsd tonnes or more than 1.7 times more than last year.
Also, as of September 1, Ukrainian farmers exported 480 thousand tons of barley and 0.6 thousand tons of rye.
Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 2 mln 039 thsd tonnes, which is 459 thsd tonnes less than last year.
Also, 23.9 thousand tons of flour were exported, or 31.9 thousand tons in terms of grain, which is 12 thousand tons or more than twice as much as last year.
It is worth noting that as of August 30, in 2023/2024 MY, Ukraine exported 4 mln 343 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses.
