Ukraine exported grains and oilseeds worth $ 10 billion in the current 2021/2022 MY
In the first half of the 2021/2022 marketing year (July-December 2021), Ukraine exported grains and oilseeds worth $ 10 billion, which is 56% or $ 3.59 billion more than in the same period in 2020.
This is evidenced by the data of the State Customs Service on the portal “Indicators of Foreign Trade of Ukraine”.
Cereals were exported for $ 7.90 billion, which is 60.75% or $ 2.99 billion more than in the same period in 2020. In particular, wheat was exported for $ 4.02 billion, corn – $ 2.65 billion, barley – $ 1.18 billion.
Oilseeds for this period were exported for $ 2.11 billion, which is 40.43% or $ 610 million more than in the same period in 2020. In particular, rapeseed was exported for $ 1.68 billion, soybeans – $ 344.5 million.
