Lemtrans Group, in cooperation with partners, built a grain terminal near the Ukrainian-Polish border in 2022. This is stated in a publication on the official website of Lemtrans.

“Lemtrans Group, which includes Levada-Cargo, together with a partner this year launched the Mostiska cargo terminal on the border of Ukraine and Poland, which is capable of handling up to 5 million tons of various cargoes annually. We have adapted to the needs and completed a grain terminal with a partner, which can handle 60 thousand tons of grain per month,” Valeriy Andrianov, Strategy and Development Director of Levada Cargo, said.

The manager also added that in 2023 his company will focus on projects that will increase the share of containerized cargo in Ukraine in the future. “That is why we, and Lemtrans as an investor, have plans to start construction of the following intermodal terminals,” he said.

As a reminder, the Mostyska container terminal was launched last summer. “Lemtrans and Real Trans Investment acted as investors in the project, while N’UNIT and Levada Cargo were partners in the development of the container business.

As for the grain terminal, it was reported in the summer that UGTC Trade, a grain trader that owns five transshipment terminals in Ukraine, was a partner in the project.
