We will use various mechanisms to process grain into flour and send it to African countries,” Yumakly said.
During his visit to Germany on November 17, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced his country’s plans to process Russian grain into flour at the second stage of supplying it to Africa. According to him, the Turkish side has carried out relevant work with Russia and Qatar.
Earlier, Russia, in an alliance with Qatar and Turkey, offered to supply African countries with food instead of the food that Ukraine was supposed to supply as part of the grain corridor. Turkey acts as the organizer, and Qatar as the sponsor of the supplies.
