Traders said that due to a record durum wheat harvest and large stocks, Turkey has changed its usual role as a durum wheat importer to an exporter.
Turkey has been actively selling durum in the past few months, especially to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern countries. In the world durum wheat market, supply is now limited.
