Total export potential of Ukrainian soybeans remains at 3 mln tons
Soybean export rates in December are ahead of December rates last year. This is reported by analysts at Spike Brokers.
Total soybean exports from September of this year to 12.12.25 amounted to 1 million tons against 1.5 million tons last year. Total soybean oil exports from September amounted to 143 thousand tons against 110 thousand tons last year for the same period, which is the equivalent of processed soybeans at the level of 795 thousand tons this year against 610 thousand tons last year.
The total export potential of soybeans free for sale remains at the level of 3 million tons.
GMO soybeans continue to maintain export levels of $423-428 with delivery to sea ports. Towards the western border, prices for GM and NON-GM soybeans remain in the range of €370 and €390 FCA Chop with delivery in January-February. The spot price index for GM soybeans for export with delivery within 30 days decreased by $1 to $423 excluding VAT. The spot index for GM soybeans for processing increased by $3 to $464 including VAT.
