Top 3 countries buying sunflower oil from Ukraine
In January-June 2025, Ukraine exported 2.407 million tons of sunflower oil for $2.77 billion.
This was reported by the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Agrarian and Land Policy, citing information from the State Customs Service.
The main buyers of Ukrainian sunflower oil in January-June of this year were Spain and Italy, which accounted for 12.88% and 12.18% of exports, respectively, and India – with a share of 11.77%. These countries spent $356.945 million, $337.494 million and $326.071 million on the purchase of sunflower oil from Ukraine, respectively.
