Russia halts grain deal

The speaker of Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that the “grain deal” is actually stopped. This is reported by RIA Novosti.
“The arrangements on the “grain deal” are actually terminated, it is stopped,” he said.
According to Peskov, the Russian Federation “will immediately return to the ‘grain agreement’ as soon as the agreements that concern it are fulfilled.”
Also, the speaker of the Russian dictator said that the explosion on the Crimean bridge will not affect the “grain agreement.”
