Plus 5 million tons: Russia does not hide that it wants to increase the grain yield at the expense of the occupied territories
Russia can increase the grain harvest by approximately 5 million tons by “accession of new territories”.
This was reported by the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmytro Patrushev, Russians write. can
“You know that there is really a lot of arable land there. Taking into account those arable lands, I think that about 5 million tons of grain will be added to the Russian coffers. Also, I think, we will add other cultures as well,” said Patrushev.
We will remind you that the day before yesterday, October 3, the State Duma of Russia ratified the agreements on the entry of the occupied so-called “DPR” and “LPR”, as well as parts of the Zaporizhia and Kherson regions into the Russian Federation.
The Russian Federation emphasized that the so-called “L/DPR” and Zaporizhzhia region “are part of Russia in their administrative borders”, and Kherson region – with two districts of Mykolaiv region, in which the pseudo-referendum was allegedly held.
