Processing of rapeseed in Ukraine may reach a record high of 1 million tons

One of the features of the current marketing year is a significant increase in domestic processing of rapeseed and, accordingly, an increase in production and export of rapeseed oil and meal.

This is reported by the press service of the Association “Ukroliyaprom”.

Domestic processing of rapeseed can reach a record high of 1.0 million tons. In July-November of the current marketing year, more than 0.8 million tons were processed. The production of rapeseed oil is expected to reach 0.42 mln tons, while exports are expected to reach 0.40 mln tons.

As a reminder, rapeseed prices are rising amid growing sea exports.
