Polish carriers blocked the Yahodyn-Dorohusk checkpoint

Today, a protest action initiated by Polish carriers began on the Polish side of the Yahodyn-Dorohusk checkpoint, the State Border Guard Service reports. Truck traffic is severely restricted – only one vehicle per hour in each direction is allowed. Only buses, humanitarian aid, and fuel for Ukraine are allowed to pass unhindered.
The protesters are demanding the return of permits for Ukrainian carriers to enter Poland, and are also drawing attention to the critical situation in the Polish transportation sector. According to the Polish Border Guard, the action could last up to four months, which poses a risk of a significant burden on logistics between the two countries.
