Pakistan plans to harvest 29.7 mln tons of wheat next year
Pakistan’s Federal Board of Agriculture has set the country’s wheat production target for next year at 29.7 million tons. Previously, this figure stood at 34.3 million tons, according to Bloomberg.
Wheat sowing is currently underway in Pakistan and will be completed in December. Harvesting of the new crop will begin in April.
