This is a terrorist act not against Ukraine, but against the whole world. The food security of which is once again under threat. Humanity is being held hostage by a terrorist country that is blackmailing the world with hunger. The world must react firmly and according to the situation!” the Minister said.

According to the agency, the missile strike on the night of July 19 put a significant part of the grain export infrastructure of the port of Chornomorsk out of operation. According to experts, it will take at least a year to fully restore the affected facilities.
