Kazakhstan increased exports of oilcake and sunflower oil

Kazakhstan’s trade turnover of processed agricultural goods in January-March 2024 amounted to $1.7 billion. This is 1% higher than in the same period of the previous year, reported QazTrade.
At the same time, exports of animal feed grew most significantly – a 3-fold increase, or $22.9 million.
There was also an increase in shipments of oilcake – 2.1 times, or $5.3 million.
Exports of sugar, according to QazTrade, increased by $16.2 million, sunflower oil – by 16.8% or $13.5 million, meat and edible by-products of poultry – by 93.2% or $9.3 million.
