Kazakhstan exported 6.1 mln tons of grain

According to NC KTZ, 7.7 million tons of grain were transported from September 2024 to March 10, 2025, including 1.6 million tons within the country and 6.1 million tons sent for export. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the department, the growth in export volumes amounted to 52.8%.
2.3 million tons were exported to Uzbekistan, which is 32% more than the level of the same period in 2023/2024, Tajikistan – 899 thousand tons (an increase of 50%), Afghanistan – 256 thousand tons (an increase of 37.6%), deliveries to Kyrgyzstan increased 1.7 times, from 76 thousand tons to 233 thousand tons. Supplies to Iran increased by 17.5 times or 718 thousand tons, to Azerbaijan – by 94.7 times or 379 thousand tons.
According to the results of 2024, 10.6 million tons of grain were transported, including 2.5 million tons within the country and 8.1 million tons for export. In addition, 3.2 million tons of flour were transported last year: 817 thousand tons within the Republic of Kazakhstan and 2.4 million tons for export with an increase of 3%.
