Growing demand for corn in Vietnam points to increased imports
According to the US Department of Agriculture, the demand for corn in Vietnam is growing. In 2024, the demand for feed is expected to increase to 26.5 mln tonnes compared to 25.9 mln tonnes due to the growth of aqua feed sector.
Corn consumption is forecast to reach 14.1 million tons, of which 12.7 million tons will be used for feed.
