Grain exports from Ukraine exceeded 2.5 mln tons

As of August 7, in 2023/2024 MY Ukraine exported 2 mln 577 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 577 thsd tonnes less than last year on the same date. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, the export of Ukrainian wheat amounted to 977 thsd tonnes, which is 516 thsd tonnes or twice as much as last year.
Also, as of August 7, Ukrainian farmers exported 329 thousand tons of barley and 0.5 thousand tons of rye.
Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 1 million 266 thousand tons, which is 77 thousand tons less than last year.
Also, 11.8 thousand tons of flour were exported, or 15.7 thousand tons in terms of grain, which is more than 2.4 thousand tons more than last year.
