Grain exports from Ukraine exceeded 10 mln tons
As of September 27, in MY 2024/25 Ukraine exported 10 mln 053 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 3 mln 714 thsd tonnes or 58.5% more than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Exports of Ukrainian wheat amounted to 5 mln 802 thsd tonnes, which is 2 mln 687 thsd tonnes or 86.2% more than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 1 million 253 thsd tons of barley and 7.5 thsd tons of rye.
Exports of Ukrainian corn amounted to 2 mln 734 thsd tonnes, which is 135 thsd tonnes or almost 5.2% more than last year.
In addition, 18.3 thousand tons of flour (or 24.4 thousand tons in terms of grain) were shipped abroad, which is 16.8 thousand tons or more than half as much as last year.
