Ukrainian grain exports exceeded 5.5 mln tons
As of August 16, in 2024/2025 MY Ukraine exported 5 mln 529 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 2 mln 230 thsd tonnes or 67.6% more than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Exports of Ukrainian wheat amounted to 2 mln 608 thsd tonnes, which is 1 mln 280 thsd tonnes or 96.3% more than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 840 thousand tons of barley and 0.3 thousand tons of rye.
Exports of Ukrainian corn amounted to 2 mln 061 thsd tonnes, which is 493 thsd tonnes or almost 31.4% more than last year.
In addition, 7.3 thou tons of flour (or 9.7 thou tons in terms of grain) were exported, which is 8.5 thou tons or more than half as much as last year.
