Euronext rapeseed prices are declining amid high supply of soybeans

Euronext rapeseed prices fell on August 16-22. During the week the price decreased by EUR 13.75 to 449.75 EUR/t.

The oilseed sector is under pressure: high soybean supplies, the appreciation of the Euro and lower oil prices are holding back any efforts to boost rapeseed prices.

Further development of the oilseed and vegoil sector in the Black Sea and Danube region will be discussed at the 10^th International Conference BLACK SEA OIL TRADE on October 15^th in Bucharest.
