EU oilseed crop to grow in MY 2024/25 – forecast
According to data released by the Commission, the European Commission’s forecast for useful rapeseed seed production has been revised down slightly to 19.41 million tons in 2024-2025, down 2% from the previous forecast of 19.8 million tons.
The sunseed production estimate for the EU is over 10.6 million tons and soybeans 3.1 million tons.
