Egypt purchased Russian wheat in a private deal

This week the Egyptian State Agency GASC purchased 430 thousand tons of Russian wheat in a private deal. This is reported by European traders.

Wheat was purchased at $233 per ton from Russian grain trader OZK (United Grain Company) through an intermediary firm.

The delivery will take place in October.
