Egypt cancels tender for wheat imports

According to market operators, GASC canceled the tender for the import of 60 thousand tons of wheat.

According to traders, the reason for the cancellation is high price offers.

Egypt bought 480 K mt of russian milling wheat at an average price of USD 287.09/t, C&F at the previous tender on December 19, 2023.
